Pilates classes

What is pilates

Pilates is an exercise method that involves slow and precise movements with an increased emphasis on breathing, positioning and sequencing. Every class is a full body workout done with intention and control, and it improves posture, strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.

Whether on the Mat or Reformer, a Pilates class is both gentle and challenging, and it connects body and mind bringing many physical and mental benefits.

Reformer Pilates

Have you seen and tried Reformer Pilates? On a Reformer class we have extra challenges with the springs (adding resistance) and the moving carriage (defying your balance).

Pilates with Paulina

I started to do Pilates and I saw during these lessons that connecting your body to your mind and learning how to breathe is really important.

I teach ‘contemporary Pilates’. My goal is to make classes accessable and functional for everyone.

Nevertheless I maintain the fundamentals of the original pilates which are: breathing, control, concentration, centering, precision and flow.

I was inspired by #angelfuerzaestetica around nine years ago, in Madrid. I did my education at STOTT pilates and Nature Pilates.

It’s a dynamic and safe way to workout and the training is not superficial because it has a lot to do with mind and emotions. I really enjoy seeing people stonger and more relaxed, breathing in a proper way with a better posture and off course a big smile after the Pilates session.

Pilates with Claudia

A mix of strengthening, mobility and relaxation, this class offers a balanced workout for women during their pregnancy.

As a mom of 2 and certified Pilates teacher, Claudia can guide you on how to exercise safely, offer corrections when necessary and help you build strength and confidence as you move through the different stages of pregnancy.

The classes are carefully planned and aim to prepare women mentally and physically for labour and delivery. This is a supportive and friendly class done on the mat with small equipment.

Very nice first lesson! With good guidance and patience. Really recommend!

About Claudia
Class Pass review
We used my balls on the feet and I loved it. We really like Claudia's class because it’s a mix of strengthening stretching and relaxing, and she does corrections so you know you're doing it right.

If I want to sweat I go to barre, if I want to relax and slow down I go to yoga and if I want a mix I come to pilates.
